Moms & Caregivers
Honoring those who spend their lives caring for others.
This group is honored each May. The $56 New Patient Special is available to new patients year-round — see who's featured this month.
Mother's Day is one Sunday. Caregiving is every day — car seats, laundry baskets, aging parents, and a body that gets attention only after everyone else's needs are handled.
We see it constantly: the person who books the whole family's appointments and never books their own. Postpartum pelvis and low back complaints go years unaddressed because there was never a good time.
May is the good time.

What the work does
Why this job shows up in your spine.
Every profession loads the body a specific way. Here's what we see most in this group.
Car seat lift
Twisting to load a carrier is one of the highest-load movements a body does in a normal day.
Hip carry
Carrying a child on one side day after day tips the pelvis and tightens the opposite low back.
Transfers and helping
Helping a parent stand, shower, or move is repetitive lifting with no equipment and no warning.
Conditions we treat
What we most often help with in this group.
Postpartum Recovery
The pelvis doesn't snap back the day after delivery, and the new demands of feeding, lifting and carrying are relentless. Postpartum care addresses both the recovery and the brand-new load you've just taken on.

Pelvic Alignment & Webster Technique
Webster technique is a specific chiropractic assessment and adjustment for pregnant patients focused on sacral alignment and pelvic soft tissue balance. The goal is a pelvis that's balanced and mobile — comfortable for you, with room for baby to move into position.

Low Back Pain
Low back pain is the single most common reason people walk into our clinics, and it's also the most commonly mistreated. Rest and ibuprofen quiet the symptom for a few days, but if a joint isn't moving or a disc is loaded unevenly, the pain keeps coming back.

Shoulder Pain & Rotator Cuff
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body, which means it depends on muscle control rather than bone structure for stability. When the rotator cuff or the shoulder blade stops doing its job, tendons get pinched under the bone above them — and reaching overhead becomes a project.

Questions
Moms & caregivers: common questions
Can I bring my kids?
Yes. All three clinics are family-friendly and used to little ones in the room.
I'm currently pregnant — is this still for me?
Yes, and we adapt care accordingly. Our team is trained in prenatal and Webster technique.
Who qualifies?
Anyone who is part of the community group we're currently featuring. Each month recognizes a different profession or role. Both new patients and existing Back To Health patients from that group are welcome to participate.
What does the visit cost?
New patients in the honored group get our $56 New Patient Special — consultation and exam, digital X-rays if clinically needed, and your report of findings. That's it. No deposit, no hidden fees, and nothing due before you arrive.
Is there a deposit?
No. There is no deposit and no prepayment. You pay $56 at the clinic on the day of your visit.
Can I nominate someone?
Yes — and we love when people do. Use the Nominate Someone form to tell us about a coworker, friend, or family member who deserves to be recognized. We'll reach out gently and let them decide if it's right for them.
Can I nominate myself?
Absolutely. If you're part of the group we're currently honoring, just complete the reservation form.
How do I reserve a spot?
Complete the short reservation form and choose the clinic closest to you. You'll be sent straight to that clinic's online scheduling page to pick your time, and our team will confirm.
