I'm Dr. Tonya Westerbeke — Doctor of Chiropractic, ICA Diplomate in Pediatric and Pregnancy Chiropractic, and the founder and CEO of Back To Health Chiropractic.

Over the past 20+ years, I've built Back To Health into one of West Michigan's most trusted multi-location chiropractic practices — with clinics in Zeeland, Portage, and Muskegon and a team of 11 doctors I've personally trained in the clinical standards and patient experience philosophy that define this practice.

I write every article on this blog because I believe the most powerful thing I can do for our patients is educate them.
